Please review the pricing below. This pricelist is only intended to be a guide and pricing can be customized as required, please call to discuss.

All costs are quoted for and agreed with the client before and during work so you know exactly what costs are involved.

Commercial Photography Fees:

Professional Photography Time on Location or at our Studio:

• Per Day – €775.00 (8 Hours)
• Per Half Day – €395.00 (4 Hours)
• First Hour – €145.00 (Applies to Location Photography only)
• Per Hour – €100.00
• Portrait Sitting at Studio: €60.00 (20-25 minutes typically)
• Charges include unlimited photographs during the contracted time period and an electronic proofing sheet (typically emailed) to aid image selection.
• Hardcopy proofing sheets (A4 size) are €8.50 each (each sheet contains circa 12 images), these will be posted or can be sent by courier for an extra charge.
• For weekend work, bank holiday work or unsociable hours (after 6pm) there is 15% uplift on all charges.

Images Costs:

Images can either be provided in electronic format or printed hardcopy.

Digital Images:

• Images are costed on a sliding scale.
• First 5 Images - € 23.00 each.
• Next 5 Images - € 18.00 each.
• Subsequent Images (11+) - € 13.00 each.
• Cost to burn images onto CD or DVD is € 20.00 for the first copy, subsequent copies are € 10.00 each.
• Special Pricing for Public Relations Companies - flat fee of € 95.00 for a CD with up to 10 high resolution images from the specific shoot. These images can be issued by email, same charge applies.
• All image pricing includes basic image editing, cropping, balancing and sharpening as required.
• More involved image editing and graphic design is charged at an hourly rate of € 75.00 per hour.
• Images can either be emailed or written onto CD or DVD or can be downloaded from our website.
• Emailing is only suitable for a small number of high resolution files.
• Images are all multi-use and include full copyright release.
• Images are typically provided in .JPEG format but can also be provided in .TIFF and .PSD format.

Printed Photographs:

We can provide prints from your digital images in any size required in either black and white or colour. All images are printed on archival paper using pigment based archival inks – this ensures maximum print lifespan under normal display conditions.

All prints are manually printed and delivered in a print sleeve. If required prints can be delivered framed. A comprehensive range of contemporary photographic frames are available to complement your images.

Some sizes are priced below:

Larger, smaller prints or other sizes are available on request.
Note some images due to final cropping may only be suitable for certain print sizes.
Discounts will apply for print runs in excess of 25.
Choice of 9 Contemporary frames for your images.

Press Issue:

• Emailing of Images to National Press (National Daily’s) - € 55 fee for emailing of up to 10 images to national press image desks.
• Emailing of Images to Regional Press - € 55 fee for emailing of up to 10 images. (Circulation to be agreed, not exceeding 10 regional papers)
• Note: Selected images will be issued to clients under digital image charging rates.

Travel Expenses:

• Pricing includes travel to any location within 30 miles of central Dublin, Ireland. For shoots outside of this radius either mileage or other travel and accommodation expenses will be charged. Any costs will be agreed with the customer prior to commitment.
• Mileage is charged at € 0.55 c per mile after the first 60 miles based on total trip mileage.

Studio / Location Props:

• For specific shoots dedicated props may be required, these will be discussed and agreed with a client prior to purchase and will be passed on at cost price.

Terms and Conditions:

• All prices are excluding VAT.
• Pricing is based on invoicing with 30 days credit terms.
• Image Copyright remains with Leonard Photography until payment is received in full.
• Final pricing will be dependent on your exact requirement – please contact us for further information.
